| Name: Hikaru Hisaki. (Solaris of Light) Age: Sixteen. Gender: Female. Dorm/School: Obelisk Blue. Year: Second. Current Deck: Angel deck. (Key cards: Arcana Force EX - The Light Ruler and Arcana Force EX - The Dark Ruler) Side deck: Light-End Dragon deck. (Key card: Light-End Dragon.) Description: Hisaki has long blonde hair, red eyes and she seems to have a million or so multicolored hairpins in her hair. On the right side of her head, she seems to wear a different colored hair clip every day that keeps a portion of her bangs out of the way. She wears the standard Obelisk Blue girl's uniform and when she's not wearing her uniform, she prefers to wear baggy and comfortable clothes. At times, she'll wear different outfits, such as a black jacket, white dress shirt, a tie and usually a skirt. Basically, her played-by is Sumeragi Kururu of Air Gear. Personality: Hisaki is generally someone who can just make you be relaxed or calm when you're around her. She tries her best to understand people and tries to help them out as much as possible. Though, she has necrophobia on the account of her parents died. So, when she meets anyone new or when she's around her friends, she becomes fiercely protective of them because she doesn't want to see them die, as well. She's extremely worried for her friends, especially when they go and do dangerous stuff because she doesn't want to lose them, like she did with her parents. However, for herself, Hisaki's necrophobia leads her to have a stuttering impediment, which is seen as cowardice and fear of getting hurt. She rather likes to go in her room and remain there so that she doesn't have to get herself into troubling situations. As it's been noticed, her photokinetic powers rise up whenever she's hurt. This is considered her panic button because it triggers when she's in danger or in a bad situation. |

| History: Hisaki was born into a well off family, though she didn't ask for much. Though, her parents made sure to keep their child happy by giving her presents sometimes. Her parents discovered her to be quite the capable and studious student who'd be well in class, with homework and tough things in general. She wasn't the head of her class, though she was fairly close. However, this changed when Hisaki, now age ten, came home during a late night and she found her parents in her house murdered. She hightailed it out of her own house screaming. Now with no parents, Hisaki went to a local orphanage by herself with some of her parents' possessions and money in order to try to fend for herself. Though, when the adoption day came, she was adopted by a woman named Aviophiel. Unbeknowest to her, Aviophiel had also adopted Nakano Yamato and was training Chishu Akinobu. She eventually became good friends with both of them. Aviophiel told Hisaki about her powers over light and showed her how to control and hone in on them. She felt comfortable with her powers and with the trauma of what happened to her, she tried to stay out of situations that might end up killing her or her friends. During the training sessions, whenever Akinobu or Yamato got hurt, Hisaki thought that they were going to die. Aviophiel reassured her that they wouldn't die, so she tried to fight through her fear, but it still lingers. When Aviophiel gave Hisaki the name of "Solaris of Light", Hisaki was confused and also curious. What did she do to earn such a beautiful name, was the thought that crossed through her mind even to this day. Aviophiel did not answer her question, but she told Hisaki that she would learn eventually. Eventually, Hisaki learned Duel Monsters by herself and with hard work and dedication, she became skilled at the game. She went to Duel Academy, along with Akinobu and Yamato and she was put into Obelisk Blue, like Yamato was, but she wasn't too particularly good. However, with the same effort she put into learning the game of Duel Monsters, she managed to stay into Obelisk Blue. |

| Extra Abilities: She is photokinetic, but all that she can do is have spheres of light come around her in order to protect herself. Other information: Hisaki has a constant faint glow around her at all times due to her photokinetic powers. Relationships: Aviophiel: Hisaki views Aviophiel as her mother and someone she views as a very good person to her. Chishu Akinobu: Hisaki views Akinobu as her first friend after the traumatic experience from her parents being murdered. Also, she's his girlfriend and wouldn't trade him for the world. Daniel Lapiz-Lazuli: Hisaki views him as her friend and the one she loves to duel against. She's thankful for all of his help with getting her to the infirmary. |
